To Begin with since we have midterm break approaching at the end of this week- it is only a three day week!! (insert a sigh of relief or applause). The next Yay!! for this week is that we don't have Archery on Tuesday and American Minority Writers Class on Wednesday. Under normal circumstances that would be a bad thing, since I very much enjoy these classes, but on Tues. this means I can sleep in and on Wednesday I get to head home earlier than planned! In connection with the previous two yays!! I am obviously heading home for break, but this opens up a whole new section of YAYS!!! Friday afternoon I will be going out to eat with my mother-always enjoyable and well needed:) Later that night I get to see my boyfriend (insert another loud YAY), and then we will head up to see Ethan play football!! I am really anxious to see him play, since I've heard alot of good improvement from him and his team- I will fill you in next Wednesday on how the game went. This brings me to Saturday when William and I will head to Lincoln to see the Huskers play Texas Tech- it's supposed to be a good game ~ so all you Husker fans need to watch it ( insert "Go Big Red!"). Some of the other events is the traditonal carving of pumpkins, followed by me kicking Will's butt at Mario Kart on the Wii. The last yay that will wrapup this week is that it's Pay Day (insert huge sigh of relief) and if your a college student or stuck in the same money issue that I am, you know that this is a major day!!!
This brings us to the Nay section of this post. I really don't have too many considering it is a shorter week, but there are a few. The major one is the fact that there is once again snow on the ground (insert a huge grunt)! I am strongly opposed to it, due to the fact that fall is just begining and I really want to enjoy fall before the terrible Minnesota winter kicks in- I mean we already have snow from Dec. to April anyways! Why in the world do we need it an extra two months!!! The second nay is that I have an art test and a geography map test on Wednesday :(
However, the important thing to keep in mind as you go about your week is that Each Day is a Gift from God!! Through the goods and the bads God is with us every step of the way and he promises to never give us more than we can handle!! With that thought in May you have a blessed week and I will talk with you again tomorrow for Tasty Tip Tuesday :)
