Hey it has been quite some time since we last talked. My apologies it has been a long and hectic week so far. Today is generally topical thursday, howver, I think I will use today to catch up on what has been going on.
To quickly cover over mondays Pro's and Con's: It has been a week of presentations, book reviews, tests, horrible piano lesson, cell phone ubrubtly dying, and missing camera case with rechargable batteries and memory card adapters. Despite all those inconvineces I had a fun night with the girls monday night as we watched the "meteor shower"- I had more fun hanging with the girls. I also got caught up on cleaning. I was able to do my laundry, change my sheets, dust, disinfect, take out the garbage and vaccum:) I alwasy enjoy cleaning day!
I am proud to announce that I made my goal for last week and I went running, did my ab workout and leg workout faithfully last week. I have also kept up so far this week. My goal is to continue with a positive attitude, manage what I eat and be faithful to workout schedule:) I know this is late but for Tasty Tip Tuesday I want to hear your ideal Thanksgiving dinner. Today in the cafeteria we had our Thanksgiving meal that consisted of ham/turkey, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie with whip cream! I know this meal does not benefit my weight management,but it's Thanksgiving!!

my ideal thanksgiving dinner consists of mashed potatoes with gravy, ham, turkey, sweet corn, baked beans, sweet potatoes, scalp corn, pumpkin pie, apple pie, peach pie, :) and other yummy deserts.
